A must-attend session for anyone ready to take charge of their health. ​ July 8, 2025 Vaping Addiction Vaping is on the rise among teens and young adults. Join experts from Pathway to Recovery for a candid discussion on the serious health risks associated with vaping, particularly for youth. Topics will include the impact of nicotine and THC on lung development, how vaping affects the adolescent brain, and the deceptive nature of many vape products, including flavored varieties and misleading nicotine levels. Attendees will also learn how to identify the different types of devices currently popular among teens. August 12, 2025 Emerging Trends in Teen Drug Use New drug trends are putting teens at risk in ways parents may not expect. Drug & Alcohol Prevention Specialist Cammie Anderson will share current data, warning signs, and strategies for prevention. This session is especially helpful for parents, educators, and youth-focused professionals. ​ September 9, 2025 Nutrition, Labels, and Food   Confused by food labels or struggling to make healthy choices at the grocery store? You’re not alone. In this eye-opening session, Donna LaBar will break down how to decode labels, identify hidden ingredients, and make practical food choices that support better health. ​ Whether you're working toward general wellness or managing pre-diabetes, diabetes, or using an insulin pump, this session will provide simple, actionable strategies tailored to real life.
