Public Screening: Honorable But Broken – EMS in Crisis

Across rural Pennsylvania, emergency medical services (EMS) are struggling to survive. Long response times, shrinking volunteer numbers, and the loss of advanced life support units are putting communities at risk. To help shed light on this critical issue, the Wyoming County Healthcare Center is hosting a public screening of the documentary Honorable But Broken – EMS in Crisis.

About the Film

Honorable But Broken tells the story of EMS professionals on the front lines, highlighting the challenges they face every day and the urgent need to reimagine how emergency care is delivered in rural areas. The film gives viewers a chance to see the realities behind the sirens — the dedication, the strain, and the systemic issues that threaten the future of EMS.
