Meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month
Healing takes many forms—and you don’t have to walk the journey alone.
The Cancer & Healing Support Group at Wyoming County Healthcare Center offers a supportive, welcoming space for patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones affected by cancer.
We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 5 PM at the Center. Each session provides time for connection, reflection, and wellness-focused activities that support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Past group activities have included:
🎶 Sound bowl therapy to promote relaxation and reduce stress
🪑 Chair yoga for gentle movement and body awareness
🎨 Art-based projects for creative expression and emotional release
🧘 Guided meditation and mindfulness to foster inner calm
