AMBA Wellness Screening

Wyoming County Healthcare Center, in partnership with the Tunkhannock Kiwanis Club and Quest Diagnostics, will host the Annual AMBA Blood Analysis Screening on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 6:30–9:30 AM at WCHC (5950 US Route 6, Tunkhannock).

The AMBA panel includes more than 30 tests covering cholesterol, diabetes, kidney and liver function, anemia, and more—all for just $44.00. Optional tests such as PSA, TSH, Vitamin D, and Hemoglobin A1C can be added at an additional cost. A $15 specimen collection fee also applies.

Appointments are required. Please call 1-800-234-8888 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) to reserve your spot. Bring your doctor’s name and address, as results will be sent directly to them. Photo ID is required.
