AMBA Wellness Blood Screening

The Tunkhannock Kiwanis Club is sponsoring an AMBA Wellness Program at Wyoming County Healthcare Center, offering community members convenient access to low-cost blood analysis.

The $45 AMBA panel includes tests related to cholesterol, diabetes, kidney and liver function, anemia, and other common health indicators. A separate $15 specimen-collection fee applies to each patient.

Optional tests are also available:

• Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA): $27

• TSH: $14

• Vitamin D-25: $27

• Hemoglobin A1C: $14

• Insure Colon Rectal Kit: $23

Appointments are required. Call 1-800-234-8888 to reserve your time. Operators are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please have your physician’s name and address available when calling.

Personal physician authorization is required for the AMBA panel. Each optional test requires a separate physician order, which must be presented at the appointment.

This screening is not covered by Medicare or most insurance plans. Payment must be made by check or money order payable to AMBA Wellness Programs. A photo ID is required, and a completed PHI form is needed to receive a patient copy of the results.
